Everything was great, including very welcoming staff. Our classic queen room with a lovely bathroom, a nice window to look out plus every facility available was new-fashioned. All in all - we loved this place & would stay here again.

Generally, the place was impressive and had courteous and nice staff always at guest's service. It was in a great location really close to Murano, Burano and Torcello as well as Realto bridge and the boat stop there. I appreciated downstairs bar. I've stayed here before and would love to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was excellent. We came to Venice for shopping, everything was brand-new. The location offered was unbeatable and super so close to the centre of San Marco, the main areas including St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge and the square and the church. Local fast food option Fontego delle Dolcezze was 5 minutes walk away.
